Commercial Ethics Explained

You most probably know that when TikTok or YouTube videos go viral and get millions of views, the creator and publisher make good money from advertising. Podcasts generate income from sponsorships or commercial promotions as a short insertion pause in the podcast conversation.

Blogs are more of a slow burner that may attract sponsors in the longer term. In the shorter term, products or services can be recommended by the blog author (i.e me!) as an affiliate, occasionally. I may earn commission if any purchase is involved and you would pay the same as anyone else. A win win. Usually it will be something I have invested in and used myself.
